The show is a live show streamed online and may be recorded which can be shown later to viewers as part of any one of the following live services available on YouTube. Our live show may be available on other platforms without notice.
To participate in the show you will need to use one of the services promoted on screen. You will need to have the bill payers permission when using any premium rate services, you’ll need a credit or debit card in order to use our pre-pay service and be permitted according to the laws of the country or state from which you access the MediumsNow website or MediumsNow services, to do so.

Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will mean that you are disqualified from participation in the show. If disqualified, any purported attempt to participate will, when identified, be declared void and you will not be entitled to participate but you may still be charged.
Acceptance of Terms are governed by English law: By participating with the website or in the show, You agree to be bound by the Terms applicable on the date and time you participate.
We reserve the right to vary the Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. Any variations will be posted on our website at www.mediumsnow.com and will take effect as soon as they are posted and You will be deemed to have accepted any such changes by Your use of the website and/or the services subsequent to any revision of Our terms. You should check this Website from time to time to review the current Terms because they are binding on you. To participate in the free elements of the MediumsNow website or MediumsNow services, you must: Be 18 years or over, and Comply fully with these Terms To participate in the paid elements of the MediumsNow website or MediumsNow services, you must: Be 18 years or over Have a debit or credit card to use the pre-paid credit/debit card telephone service, Have a landline or mobile phone to use the premium rate telephone service and have the bill payer’s permission and Have credit on a mobile phone to use the text service
Notwithstanding that you may have been given entry to a show, we reserve the right, to end a call in the event that (a) we suspect that you are under the age of 18 or (b) we identify that a call has been made without the bill payers permission or (c) if you have been connected to a show for a significant amount of time without speaking and following our prompting, fail to speak or (d) [where you have spent £1.50 (plus Network Access Charge) either in telephone calls or £1.50 in text messages, and following our prompting, you do not give an active confirmation that you wish to continue with the call or text or participation in the relevant show.
MediumsNow operates a free membership program for Users who use the credit card product. Furthermore, any visitor to the website can register for our newsletter where functionality is available To register for the MediumsNow digital newsletter, as a minimum you must be at least 18 years of age. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use MediumsNow. You will need to provide us with your personal information including name and email address. To receive news and promotions by post you will need to provide us with a current residential address. Registering your credit or debit card details is optional but a valid credit or debit card is necessary to top up your account balance, which is necessary before making a credit card call.
Provided that you meet the Minimum Criteria, you may register as a member of MediumsNow (‘Member’). To become a Member you need to go to the relevant section of the Website and submit all necessary mandatory fields where functionality is available or call our FREEPHONE number and one of our customer care agents can register you. All Users of the credit card product are automatically registered for our FREE membership program unless you opt out of communications. Following the completion of the registration process, you will receive a registration confirmation with Your Username and Password. To gain full access to MediumsNow you may need to validate the link within the email. Each new member will receive a ‘Welcome Pack’ with further information about the benefits of membership. The ‘Welcome Pack’ will usually be dispatched to Users within 3 months days of sign up but we are not liable for providing you with a Welcome Pack.
In order to connect to a reader using our Freephone number, you will need to have a balance on your account. You can top up your account via Our Customer Service Team or online at the Website where functionality is available. To top up, customers are required to provide us with a valid credit or debit card, either once during Your Registration and we will then store this information or each time prior to You topping up your account. By registering with Us You warrant that the information set out above (together with any other information which You may from time to time provide to Us, whether as part of the Registration or otherwise) is complete, true, accurate and not misleading in any way. You are limited to creating one Member account.
We encourage Customers to provide feedback on MediumsNow, the Readers and Services by providing Ratings on the quality of the Services, the Website, and Content. In the event that You have a complaint, or You are aware that these Terms are being breached by a User or other third party, please contact Us. You can do this by emailing Us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or via telephone in the UK on 0333 335 0298 or international callers on +44 (0) 333 335 0298. In order to ensure that Psychic Today is able to provide high-quality services, which are responsive to Customers’ needs, You hereby consent to Us being able to access Your account and records on a case by case basis to investigate complaints or other allegations or abuse. We reserve the right to investigate any allegation and determine in good faith and at Our sole discretion how to deal with such matters, but have no obligation or responsibility to Customers for performance or nonperformance of monitoring activities.
As a Psychic Today Website Member, you will receive access to certain sections, features and functions of the Website that are not available to non-members. All UK members may receive a FREE welcome booklet and exclusive offers & promotions.
You can cancel your membership at any stage by contacting our customer service team. Alternatively, you can request we do not call, email or SMS you. To stop offline mailings, we ask you to call our customer service number or make your request in writing via email@example.com and one of our team will ensure you do not get any further mailings. Note there is often a delay in ensuring your name is removed from our database – therefore you could receive another magazine or communication from us after requesting we do not mail you. If you cancel your membership you will no longer be permitted to use the Service. We will not refund you any unused Account Credit that you have already purchased.
Without limitation, We may terminate your access to the Website or Service or otherwise suspend or terminate your Account at any time with or without notice to you if a) You breach these Terms or any applicable Additional Terms b) You have not accessed your Account for 180 days or; c) If the Service is going to be merged with another Site and/or Service, in these situations your Account and license to use the Service will be automatically transferred. If you do not wish to transfer your Account to another Site and/or Service, you reserve the right to cancel your membership d) If the Service is going to be discontinued for any reason, your Account and license to use the Service will be automatically terminated. In such an event, We shall not be required to provide refunds on unused Account Credit, benefits or other compensation to You in connection with discontinued services.
We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to specify the manner in which we will accept an entry for each show – for example, by you making a premium rate telephone call and/or sending a premium rate text message and/or by you topping up your account with credits using a credit or debit card.
The price per minute of a premium rate call is £1.50 per minute plus your Network Access Charge. Calls are charged by Your service provider to your telephone bill. Rates from Your service provider may differ from Our charges. We accept no responsibility for the level of such charges.
Calls made using our pre-paid service with a credit/debit card are deducted from your Account Balance at a rate of £1.50 per minute. In the event you run out of Account Credit, you will be given the option to either: a) Continue your call and accumulate Additional Minutes. Additional Minutes outside of your Account Credit are billed at a higher rate of £2.00 per minute and will be charged to your credit/debit card at the end of your call OR b) Terminate the call. You will be able to call our receptionists and top-up your Account Credit to resume your call at the standard rate.
Pre-paid Account Credit purchased with a credit/debit card expires after six months from the date of purchase.
The cost per premium rate text is £1.50 per message sent. You will receive no more than two billed messages per message received. Texts are charged by Your service provider to your telephone bill. Rates from Your service provider may differ from Our charges. We accept no responsibility for the level of such charges.
At present we do not offer Email Readings. Should this change, prices will be clearly indicated prior to purchase.
We may at any time and from time to time, in our sole discretion, change the fees and charges, or add new fees and charges, in relation to any of MediumsNow’s Products and Services. All calls include price per minute details as the intros. If you do not agree to the charges, please hang up. It is your responsibility to regularly check your phone bill and to notify us as soon as reasonably possible in the event that you identify any apparent irregularities – for example if it appears that you have been charged for a service you do not feel you have requested.
You agree not to impersonate any other person while using the Website or participating in the show, conduct yourself in an offensive manner or use the Website or show for any illegal, immoral, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
In order to provide you with an easy-to-use service, MediumsNow will place a ‘cookie’ (a small text file) on any computer you use to access the MediumsNow website. When you revisit the MediumsNow Website, this cookie will enable us to recognise you as the Member and provide you with direct access to your account without requiring you to retype any password or other user identification.
All materials (including software and content whether downloaded or not) contained on the Website are owned by Majestic TV Limited (or our affiliates and/or third party licensors (as applicable)) unless indicated otherwise. The materials may not be used except as provided for in these Terms and Conditions, and any other relevant terms and conditions provided to you without our prior written permission.
MediumsNow, the MediumsNow logo and all other MediumsNow product or service marks are trademarks of Majestic TV Limited. All other trade marks, logos, images, product and company names displayed or referred to on the Website or any Device are the property of their respective owners. Nothing grants you any licence or right to use, alter or remove such material.
The Website or other MediumsNow Products and Services may let you submit material to us: for example, you can review readers, upload photos and rate your calls. You may be able to upload video, images or sounds. In these Terms and Conditions, we use the term ‘User Material’ to refer to any material of any kind that you submit to us, including text, files, images, photos, video, sounds and musical or literary works. It does not include the account information you provide when you register as a Member or when you subsequently change that information. We do not systematically review User Material submitted by users. We are not responsible for the content of User Material. We do not necessarily endorse any opinion contained in such material. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about User Material, including as to its legality or accuracy. We disclaim all liability in connection with User Material to the extent permitted by law. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to post or to remove or edit any of your User Material, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Website.
We do not claim any ownership rights in User Material. However, by submitting User Material you hereby grant to MediumsNow an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub licensable, transferable and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works of, display and perform that User Material in any media. The license you grant us will terminate when your User Material is removed from our website. We may link User Material or parts of User Material to other material, including material submitted by other users or created by MediumsNow and/or other third parties. We may use User Material for our internal business purposes and to use those on the Website or to promote, market or advertise Psychic Today. We will not sell your User Material to third parties.
MediumsNow at its sole discretion may, from time to time, run promotional offers on our pre- paid and premium-rate services. Any promotion code or offer provided on the Website or via any Device cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offer, past or present unless otherwise stated. You are bound by any additional Terms applied to any promotion code or offer.
Any promotion code or offer that is reserved for new Members cannot be used by You if you have already used the Psychic Today’s or MediumsNow’s Service. In the event that You create one or numerous more accounts to access these promotional codes or offers, We reserve the right to apply reasonable charges to Your credit/debit card on file without notice to indemnify Majestic TV Limited (trading as MediumsNow) for losses incurred with this fraudulent behaviour, a right we legally reserve. In the event We are unable to recover losses from Your credit/debit card, We reserve the right to commence civil legal proceedings to recover the debt to Us. You will be liable for the costs incurred in doing so.
You agree to indemnify and hold Majestic TV Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions, including clause 8 (User Material) or any violation by you of any applicable laws or the rights of any third party.
Becoming a reader is not easy, we rigorously test all psychics who express an interest in working for Psychic Today and we turn away those that don’t meet the high psychic standards we set ourselves during our recruitment process. However, we understand that there are occasions our customers may not always connect with every psychic, and on these occasions, you are protected with the MediumsNow Guarantee.
To request a refund under the MediumsNow Guarantee, you must: (a) Terminate your pre-paid (credit/debit card) call within the first 5 minutes of your reading commencing and, (b) Get in touch with our customer service team by calling us on +44 (0) 333 335 0298 or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org where a customer service agent will complete it on your behalf, within 5 working days of terminating your reading. The MediumsNow Guarantee does not apply to calls to our premium-rate services (090 in the UK) or SMS services (87777 in the UK) and are limited to 5 refunds per person per year. By submitting your request you confirm that you have read these terms in full and have provided us with enough information to: (1) Find your account information (2) Contact you if we have any questions that aid our investigation and/or to provide you with the outcome of your request (3) Provide us with accurate information that helps us trace the call in question. MediumsNow have provided our customers with this Guarantee in goodwill and reserve the right to reasonably refuse a request made under the Guarantee at its sole discretion and shall have no liability to you or anyone for the exercise of such rights. Your statutory rights are not affected.
