Terms and Conditions
All services offered by Mediums Now are for entertainment only and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of a reading or other service. You must be over 18 years of age to use our services. All calls to our Premium Rate Live Reader services are recorded; this is a requirement of Phone-paid Services Authority in the UK. Calls to our Credit Card Booking and Customer Care lines are also recorded for security purposes.
Premium Rate Telephone Services
To use these services you must either be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to make the call. Calls to our live service from within the UK cost £1.50 per minute plus your phone company’s access charge. All charges are made in Sterling (GBP) taxes included.

The maximum cost for a reading within the pre-pay service is £1.50 per minute. Mediums Now reserve the right to suspend or revoke any account on the basis of abuse or fraud.
Text Services (UK)
Our text services for mobile/cellular phones are charged on a reverse billed SMS basis. The client pays their operators normal text charge to send a text to us and is charged at a Premium Rate to receive the return message. If a UK phone is being used outside the UK on a “roaming” basis additional costs to the operators’ standard text charge and the premium rate charges shown below may apply.
These services are only available from phones operating on the following UK networks: Orange, Vodafone, T Mobile, 3, and O2. Orange users are limited to a maximum £30 spend on text messages per short-code per calendar day.

If you have a complaint about any of our services you may either ring our customer care number 0333 335 0297 Helpline or write to Mediums Now, PO BOX 7566 Milton Keynes MK11 9GD. In exceptional circumstances following an initial telephone complaint, you may be asked to submit your claim in writing to the above address. It is our aim to investigate any complaint within one working day (Monday – Friday excluding UK Public Holidays)
Credit Card Reading Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your reading and terminate your call within the first 5 minutes, on calling our Customer Care number we will endeavour to place you with an alternative reader for the full 20 minutes. If however, your call has lasted longer than 5 minutes before termination we will only be able to give you a reading for the time remaining of your pre-paid 20 minutes. A client’s right to the above may be withdrawn at Mediums Now discretion in cases of persistent complaints.
Use of Data
Mediums Now are registered with the Information Commissioners Office under the data protection act as a Data Controller. Unless you request to be excluded we will only use your personal information for the purposes of our own marketing (e.g. mailing of a regular newsletter or promotional SMS text messages). To opt out of receiving free promotional texts please text “STOP to 86666” or email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call our Helpline 0333 335 0297. We will not pass any personal data or recordings to any third party unless required to do so by an appropriate regulatory authority e.g. Phone-paid Services Authority.
Barring of Access
Mediums Now may at its discretion temporarily or permanently bar a user’s access to any or all of our services in any of the following circumstances: User has misused our services in anyway, is abusive to company employees or readers, and has committed an act of fraud against Mediums Now or any of its associated companies.
These conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and any legal action against the company must take place in an English Court.
